Mice are no doubts one of the most troublesome pests that not only damage the edibles but also other households. For this reason, cockroaches and mice are the aspirants come to mind when we hear about pest control. Though there are many other bandits like ants, lizards, termites, centipedes, bed bugs, lice and other insects but mice is the worst. mice extermination got popularity after the great European plague when it was revealed that the mice are the major culprit for this massacre. It has been scientifically proved that mice defile edibles and drinking water and can become a source of major outbreak. They are specifically notorious for damaging grains, edibles, household items made of plastic, wool, cotton and other similar stuff.

Mouse trap has been used as a mice control remedy since centuries but now with the passage of time and the evolutionary changes, mice have gained resistance against many common pest control chemicals.  

The worst thing concerned with the mice is that they have almost the same activities as the cockroaches. They also live in dark and moist places like cockroaches but not in the sewage drains. They live in underground holes where they live, breed, pee, and store food. They use sewage tracks as their passages and therefore play similar role in spreading contagions as cockroaches.  Ordinary mice control and mice extermination techniques like mouse trap work but the probability is not up to mark. Household mice are normally bigger in size and they can easily let down the mouse trap and also the mice cage.

Pesticides are perhaps the best solutions for mice extermination as mice are always hungry and in search of something to eat. The normal practice for mice control is to mix pesticides with food and place on tracks where mice move around such as near drain pipes, in the corners, in kitchens, stores, grocery and hardware shops, bakeries, and other any place where mice can find edibles.

Mice are allergic to some chemicals and they help great in keeping the mice away but at the same time there is great need to be careful while using such chemicals as they are highly toxic particularly in houses where there are small kids or toddlers. Moreover, the toxic sprays contaminate edibles and drinking water and can bring serious health hazards for adults as well. Such kind of sprays also work good for other pests like cockroaches, ants, lizards, termites etc. but they aren’t effective for houses because of the potential hazards.

Mouse trap can be graded as the best for houses as they don’t have any hazardous concern like other pesticides, insecticides and fungicides.

Experts advise that before you choose a mice control plan for your house, office, shop or store, you must consider the health issues related to that pest control plan and also the versatility i.e. that pest control plan should not be specific for a certain type of pest but it should be multipurpose. It should be easy in use and have the least harmful effects for the humans.
